Note that Benjamin and Sophronia were married at the end of April
and it appears Sophronia was pregnant with David at the time of the
marriage.
In 1870 still in Jefferson Township, Johnson County, Iowa.
In 1880 at the age of 67, Sophronia was living with daughter Sarah and Sarah’s
husband Henry Resch in Monroe Township, Shelby County, Iowa.
The Resch family moved to Kansas a few years later where Sophronia
passed on.
