The following list is taken from Series II, "Register of Maryland's
Heraldic Families," by Alice Norris Parran, 1938, [the passenger
list through the research of Mrs. G. W. Hodges]. This book has
been advertised lately, possibly a reprinting, but hopefully indexed!
p. 73-74:

"Ark" and "Dove" Nov. 22nd, 1633 Record Mar. 25th 1634
...The twenty Gentlemen with Gov. Leonard CALVERT, and his
brother, George CALVERT, Commissioners --

Mr. John SAUNDERS, partner of Sir Thomas CORNWALLEYS, who was
to supervise his 12 servants. But he died enroute two John SAUNDERS, listed on the "Ark" and "Dove" list

ARTICLES of AGREEMENT made & agreed on between JOHN COX of the one party JOHN SAUNDERS of the other party the said JOHN SAUNDERS is to deliver unto the said JOHN COX seaven Servants five of them to be Men Servants & two Maid Servants & to Serve him according to the Custom of the Country he or his assignes & to be double suited by the said SAUNDERS with Sufficient beding & all elce which property belongs to them which they were possett of before they came into his Custody & to deliver them in RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER at the said JOHN COX house by the first or second SHIP that sells out of LONDON into Virginia this next ensueing yeare which will be 1654, the said JOHN SAUNDERS has receved of said COX full satysfacon in hand already likewise these servant not to be above thirty years of age or under Eighteen years of age whereunto I have now sett my hand & Seal this 28th day of Aprill 1654
