Thomas Strutt married Johane in 1512 at Glemsford, Suffolk. He resided in 1524 at Glemsford, Co of Suffolk, where he was taxed on £40, paying £2 tax. He left a will on 20 June 1544 at Long Melford, Co of Suffolk, which was proved 10 December 1548. His will mentioned: wife Johane; sons John, Ewstace , and Erasymus; daughter Awdry Strut. He died before 10 December 1548 the date that his will was proved.
