For many years the best treatment in print of William Heath was that published by Walter Goodwin Davis [Annis Spear Ancestry; 1945; p 29-34]. In 1978 Peter Walne found a few additional items, mostly relating to the marriages of William heath [NEHGR 132:20-21]. In 1992 Dougless Richardson published an article which detailed the Engilish origin of William heath and his brother Isaac Heath, as well as others, including parish records referenced above.[NEHGR 146:261-78]. In 1995, Richrdson published a supplement, solidifying the evidence that the immigrants William and Isaac Heath were sons of William of Ware, and identifying their mother.[NEHGR 149:173-86].
