Notes for John Deen
Some Benjamin Deen family researchers list Benjamin’s sons as Samuel, James, Enos, Enoch and John.

Enos, James, John and Samuel are listed among the early Deen surname settlers of Coshocton County .

Official records reveal only Enos, Samuel, James and Enoch, and of those sons only Samuel and Enos has been positively connected to Benjamin. There is an adult son is listed as living with Benjamin in the 1820 US census, but this is most likely the youngest son Enoch not John.
