"The existence of Edward is speculative. There are one or two
post cards written to my mother in a hospital in Omaha in 1912. So
she was involved with something, but nothing of it was ever mentioned
while I was growing up. My cousin Verlee thought there was another
son, Edward, but where she got the idea I do not know. My mother
was named Tessie, not Tassie."
